Packing

Packaging of your hard drive is critical to ensuring it arrives without damage or data loss. If you have already purchased a replacement hard drive, you may be able to reuse the packaging from that drive when shipping to us. There are two possible causes of damage when shipping hard drive:

• Physical Damage
• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) damage

When packaging your hard drive you need to protect it from both. You can protect your hard drive from ESD damage by placing it in a protective plastic case or an anti-static ESD protective bag. These bags are commonly silver but may also be pink or clear with black lines.

If you do not have materials to pack and ship your hard drive, we can mail them to you for a nominal charge.

All drives and media should be shipped to the following address. Please ensure the outer label or package contains the contract number we have assigned you.

Please do not ship anything to us without first having an agreement in place and having paid. We will not accept any packages without an active contract.

Please ensure you follow our shipping and packing instructions. Failure to do so may result in your drive be irreparably damaged in shipping.
